Spanning nearly 50,000 sq.ft, Street 1522 is a landmark pub on Sarjapur Road that blends European street charm with Bengaluru’s buzzing social vibe. From the ground up, the structure was designed in steel and deck slabs, with exposed brick walls that became a part of the design aesthetic. 

The core concept was to recreate the atmosphere of a quintessential European street. The design features include:

• • Building facades with working balconies
• • Streetlights and cobblestone pathways
• • Courtyards filled with natural greens
• • Two full-grown trees, carefully transplanted towards the end of construction, now thriving as focal points in the courtyards

As the landscape design partner, Art Yard Landscape Studio extended this narrative into the outdoors – layering the space with lush planting, curated greens, and softscape elements that made the "street" feel alive. The greenery was not just decorative but immersive, balancing the built environment with natural textures to create an inviting ambience.

Today, Street 1522 stands as one of Bengaluru’s most vibrant pub destinations - a space where architecture, landscaping, and design storytelling come together to transport guests to the streets of Europe.
